ME

I’m Karl Mumford, a personal trainer and Level 4 sports massage therapist, dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential. My own journey began with childhood obesity, but through hard work and commitment, I transformed my life—eventually becoming the NPA Southeast Novice Champion in natural bodybuilding. 

Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2013, I’ve worked in commercial gyms, launched my own mobile training business, and now coach clients at Island Gym on Canvey Island. Whether in the gym, at home, or online, I tailor my approach to fit your lifestyle, helping you achieve sustainable results. 

As a sports massage therapist, I also focus on recovery and injury prevention, ensuring you can train smarter and feel your best. I know first-hand what it takes to make a real change, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
